To Mod Raven (the Penguin Curator)

Does the Shadow Realm (Ghost) Penguin have a pattern for its teleportation times, or is it just a random time when it teleports?

And

Does the Shadow Realm (Ghost) Penguin have any more than 34 spawn points? (all those are the 1 point penguin spawns)

Edit: I also thought of a few more, they aren't as important as the above ones though to me. The below ones are to any Jagex Moderator.

Can a Jagex Moderator turn into the Shadow Realm (Ghost) Penguin, and if so, will a player be able to "spy" on the Jagex Moderator for 3 penguin points? Would the Jagex Moderator be visible without a Ring of Visibility?

Can a Jagex Moderator make the Shadow Realm (Ghost) Penguin as their forum profile picture like other NPC's?

May there be a option in the future so we can change our forum profile avatars to any NPC in game we like?
