I just sent one and it didn't contain an ounce of 'festiveness' despite hitting all the other requirements....darn :P

Hopefully it'll be alright. I sent my letter in, while it didn't center around festivities I did include a parcel with my letter, hopefully it makes the cut!

I'll make sure to celebrate all of the Bandosian holidays from now on. Victory in Gu'Tanoth Day is on the 15th of next month, if anyone's interested.
