hello rs forums. I don't know if this is a correct spot for me to post this but i need to have my voice heard. i have been playing rs for some time. you say you want to get the community running better, and get more involved with the community. well how come I am not able to participate in a fc's activities when I reach all of the fc rules/ regulations. I find this very unfair and disrespectful to the players who want to go out and experience new things. and accomplish new heights of achievement. but how can one obtain this if there is no "fairness". im not too happy atm with this, being excluded for what? nothing at all. please I am looking forward to a reply of some sort plz lets help get the community more friendly and give players opportunities.
