I will vote for WOW: Mists of Panderia.

EOC pushed me into joining WOW for the first time, and I played pretty much each day until the return of OSRS. In that time, I came to understand the appeal of an action bar for PVP events.

Comparing the two systems reveals two things to me:
1. EOC is a cheap, rushed, clunky, add-on that ruins the player interaction with the game, as opposed to WOW, a game that was designed around the action bar, resulting in a seamless melding of action bar and environment.

2. EOC is WOW's female dog.

The more you copy WOW and other MMORPGs, the further you fall into irrelevancy. Regardless of any other support you receive from fans, all you have to do is watch the member count to know that the path you charted for this game is heading for an iceberg.

Mists of Panderia for an action bar win!
