Guy is not fit for J-Mod status imo.

Not flaming him, but from what I've seen on his channel/sites, thats NOT what Jagex should have around as an example for their company.

I also don't think he deserves it anymore.

I am not being a flamer. I am very mature and serious about this. I don't think he's been a good guy. Jagex modded him to Fmod and even to Jmod. The guy's payback was a phone call to bash Jagex pretty much, and his community, who held him up for a long time.

I despise this situation, but suing the 14 year old who did record him, is not the solution.

Everyone saying he should've ignored it is not understanding, these guys kept on harassing him and were not going to stop and were planning on being more ignorant and acting like trolls. Furthermore, the guy that recorded Matt (13ufflo) in his stream today mentioned how he hates all youtubers such as silentc0re, bonesaw, and regicidal1. To me it seems like this kid has issues. He's only 14 and has a potty mouth and couldn't give single criticism to Matt without sounding ignorant or making "sarcastic" sounds. Kids need to know that if you do something illegal, action will be taken. Hopefully sowreck3d drops the charges but if not this 14 year old could have his record ruined which would hurt him getting a job or going to a good college and on top of that he might have to serve juvy time or his parents having to pay a huge fine. Also I think the reason Matt was hired was because of his marketing skills and not his "rune scape" knowledge.

Now see, this is why letting the matter go on so long without any official comment has been a bad idea.
You now have to ask this: Is the intention to bring legal action actually at the request of Jagex? Are they in fact going to fund such a course of action?

Why did Matt have to make a public video about him pursuing a lawsuit against players of the RuneScape community? He should've kept the issues between him and the parties involved; why would he need to bring his personal matters to the public? For attention? This makes Jagex look bad, I mean, really, a J-mod pursuing a lawsuit against members of the RuneScape community? All Matt had to do was say his apology and let it go, but instead he decides to stir up the drama again by presenting his personal legal matters to the public.

IMO/tl;dr, it was incredibly immature of Matt to spark up the drama that he so desperately "wants to avoid".

um.. excuse me....I have a few questions...

first if he is suing over the audio conversation that was released...

doesn't that by proxy admit it was him on it?

if that is true.... does it also mean he has stated for the record that he has rwt/bot/bug exploited ?

I heard the audio... that person admits to all of that... he also said he was sick of jagex and the game

why does jagex want him to represent them? isn't that what jagex is against??????
