The game has in the years gained many changes, All with it's own problems, After these years we all saw Runescape Fall down, Struggled to get back to it's Original Glory, The EOC Update also has his good and bad sides, Unfortunately, The Combat simplicity which marked runescape to the best mmorpg, Has now under gained a complete makeover, My personal thoughts about this are very simple, The Runescape combat has been swapped for a WOW game play as far as i know, I have never played WOW, I ve never intended too, Just because Runescape just showed it was more fun to play, Before the update, I loved 2 fight Clan wars With my corrupt Drag sets, I loved to fight old style with sometimes the luck which we all hated, But now Being a maxed player doesn't mean your many hours in the game pays off, I ve played so far 234 days and 1 hours, Which is 5617 Hours of training, Fighting others, Making fun.
Since the EOC Update, Those hours of training became useless, You now get killed by levels 100 while your 200.The whole idea of runescape has just been smashed to pieces, I still enjoy all off runescape without a doubt
, But the combat section of runescape, Is just not the reason anymore for people to keep playing runescape, My friends list was full, But now maybe I'm an extreme example, But all whats left of my comrades, Are 47 of them, Their reasons? mainly,The combat section of EOC , Some people also don't have good laptops/computers Which makes them lag a lot because of the upgraded graphics, Which was also a reason for some people to quit, I advise Jagex, Just like they did with the return of the wilderness which was a great succes, To once again, Make a referendum, Should we get the 2009 Runescape Back, Or will we continue With EOC? That would be the most satisfying way for the biggest part of the runescape community.
Keep doing what you do Jagex, But let the whole community choose, not only a part of it ( EOC BETA PROJECT)
I hope Jagex sees this, And will finally respond.
