i hate this game when players like emi599 scams me for my bank of 21m and jagex do nothing i want him banned and i want my money that he stole someone do something about this or im not paying for membership and quiting, im sick of these scammers

can you help me, i love runescape and love rs 3 even more but iv been playing for 5 years and iv been scammed 200m and quit rs coz of it and been scammed 21m to night and im sick of this please look into this the players name is emil599 please get him banned hes ruined this for me yet again

I have a question, Will broad arrows ever become be able to trade or put into "The Grand Exchange"?

I know many people, such as I, that have a large pile of them banked and possible will never be used, because of weapons that do not require arrows are used more often.
