@Design they explain it briefly in the first post on the first page but i can explain, simply you make a video, upload it on yt then ***y the link and sent it to them at the mail they said with subject *Jagex Support Video* and done :)

It's an awesome opportunity for people to get involved and to inform other players - almost like face to face, screen to screen.

Shall nicely complement the newest video features, such as BTS and RuneCast.
