stop breaking ur arms patting urselvs on the back and get rid of them.....or....well...
most of us will just mench and whenge bout it, but most of the devout players (Read...money paying customers) will just HAVE to send a message your profitmargines will DEFINATELY not Like. Got you're attention? GOOD.

What 200m accounts mean to me and what I'd like to see in the future:
*clears throat*
200m accounts created is a huge milestone which points to an ongoing problem which will never be dealt with and that problem is BOTTERS. It also means that the company is cashing in on an ill gained achievement which you damn well know about.
Using the botting problem to promote a currently broken game by making players spam youtube with videos about how glorious this hellish problem is. I have no doubt that when you reach 200m you'll have news posts about you've won some sort of award and online media saying the same. Gratz on your cheated achievement!
In the past when botting was at an all time high, it was said that on a bad day up to 100k botting accounts were being created.
so, Jagex, congratulations on the upcoming achievement which shows how bad the past and future of this game is. The first bot nuke worked for how long? a month or two. That was a HUGELY HYPED event and it turned out to be a massive failure in the long run and I have no faith that the next one will be any better...
Now, for what I'd like to see in the future.
I like to see the end of botters and welcome a LEGIT 200m accounts.

I'd love to submit an entry and get a chance at winning lifetime membership, or some Runescape-related goodies, but I'm afraid I'm far too shy to appear and talk in a video. Shame, since I remember a few good things from back when I was a f2p noob :) .

To 'II Dan II'
You say that ppl 'stop giving multiple chances on bans' when they've been reported as a bot.
This is for 'Anon Troll' and everyone else too.
I think multiple chances are a good thing. I've been accused of and reported for 'botting' at least three times before in the 7 ish years I've been playing RS. The first time I was watching a movie whilst playing, the second time I was doing homework whilst playing, and the third time I didn't realise I had private chat up on my screen until a friend told me that someone was reporting me.
So yeah, spotting bots may not be as straight forward as you think.
Also, maybe some people can't speak English, or they just don't want to talk to 'others' who are unfriendly and accusing everyone around them for botting. Don't even get me started on people who just report others for 'fun'.
So try to think from Jagex's point of view before you open your gob.
There are a lot of variables. They can't just ban EVERYone.

They deserve nothing of the sort.
It's not about banning bots because that does nothing to help the problem, it's about PREVENTING bots which they FAILED to do.
If 200m accounts was from legit players, they would deserve it, but not when millions of accounts are not legitimate.
