We can write to any NPC in-game? Do we have to refer to them as a completionist player would, such as writing to Nomad after the Nomad's Requiem quest? I suppose that would be the case, and we can't write to Lucien anymore(unless the Grim Reaper is being cooportive) I would find it a little strange to write to Nomad when I haven't done the quest myself.

I'm typing this in alot of threads, In world 1 a player who goes by the name oshua5 has made a so called ''giveaway'' party video on youtube.
Many autotalkers are advertising for this, but if you go to youtube and search for his vid, there's a link to the ''official'' runescape site ( not ) where you have to log in, and thereby get hacked by the crew of oshua5, please guys, ban players stop them or do whatever you can to stop accounts from being hacked.

With lots of concerns
