Unlimited Membership, definitely would not allow a person to be in the top highscores by any means.
Unfortunately, at least i believe, the game's highscores is ruled by people who were able to hoard rares back in the day and finally make use of them.

I tried making some lvl 3 accounts to win 10m and a skull tattoo on the squeal. After about 660 spins, I managed to win one rare, a huge lamp.
Assuming you see a skull tattoo on the wheel every 15 spins and you win one every 660 spins, it should take roughly 10K spins to win a tattoo. (15*660=9900)
Those numbers are probably very inaccurate, but there still must be a lot of players who have won a tattoo that don't know about this forum.
