this competition is feaking BS! Both me and my sister deserve the skull tatoo but where not gonna get one. Thanks a lot for making something that we could win, but only other people will be able to win because SoF hates us! The best we have gotten is rune platebody. L2let every one win please.

@the guy who wrote that maxes deserve the tattoo, actually, I believe it's more likely those low levels will make a better use of it. They have a lot to do in the game, to have those 2k levels, while what do the maxes but from those from the top ranks have to do? Bosshunt repetively until they get bored? Keep skilling for no real benefit until the same thing happens?
I have a friend I used to dung a lot with who after maxing her total quit RS, I only see her from time to time in lobby, her ALog shows last events in December.
And I suppose I am quite high total if that would be the concern.
And no, I'm not planning to quit after getting Comp Cape. I'm gonna try to trim it, get as close to 5b XP as possible(far-fetched, yes, but I will slowly work towards that). But if I ever get bored of RS, I'm just gonna quit, only stopping in Future Game Updates forum to see the newer lore being introduced.
I'm just saying there's more to discover for lower levels.

I notice a lot of people have been talking about timing the wheel earlier and stopping it where they want to.
The time at which a player presses the button does not determine the loot gained. As soon as the button is pressed, the item will be chosen randomly and the glow stops on that item.
So no, there isn't a 1/13 chance of landing on the item you want, they've only made it look like it. The wheel isn't rigged so it pushes you off the rare or super-rare squares, it's just programmed to stop on a certain item. The best thing I have gotten so far is a Rune 2H.
Plus they have made this entire thing to attract new members to the game, because free players will get members only items and are going to want to claim them. That is the most pathetic way ever to get new subscribers, instead the should make good content so people will want to become a member.

We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape.
