Argh my luck is terrible! I can't even get 1 rare item all this time since the squeal wheel came out lol.
I'm so tempted to make 100 F2p accounts just to do this wheel spin daily.... 100 tries later I should be able to get the tattoo... Then I will put members on the account so that I can post here and win Lifetime Members for my main (This account)!
I hear the odds are better in F2p for rarity items

I was one away from Tattoo... got 50gp instead...
You can get tattoo in F2P, and i think the membership would only apply to the account that received the prize initially not just any. That's my thought on it anyways.
