Reserving this just in case I actually got the tattoo... which is very, very, very improbable. Practically impossible.
I think I've seen it on the wheel about three times now, including today.

The tattoos are a members only item. To take part in this competition you would need to post with the skull tattoo on your avatar rather than a screenshot of the item. If you did win you could request the lifetime membership to be on another of your accounts. :)

lol so i can create 10k f2p accounts and spin 10k times every day, and if one of the accounts gets tattoo i can make it member, fix the tattoo forum avatar, post here, and maybe even win the draw, and then request the lifetime membership on this account instead?
Or even better, get tattoo on more than one accounts, make them all p2p, then have better chance of winning the draw, and get liefetime membership on this account.

@Ronbest - I don't think it would be practical to make more than ~1000 accounts. considering the time it takes to log in / log out and then actually going through the Squeal process etc. etc.
You would also have to consider the amount of time to setup each account and so on and so forth, also there is no way to know how the code is written and it is possible there are variables connected to how long a count has been active and the possibility of winning a more exclusive type item on basically a throw away account.
But anyway ... Jagex isn't a not for profit organization and any good business doesn't just give things away without hoping to get something out of it ... this was actually a pretty smart marketing idea on someones part but I don't think it has gone as hoped jugding my the number of players posting with the tattoo so far, maybe next time they will choose an item that more players have access to so that 100's or 1000's of players are in the running instead of 1 or 2 ... Enjoy BXP Weekend.
Edit: BTW I didnt think you were serious about 10K accounts ....
