Using Audacity, you can filter out background noise. Simply record 2-3 seconds of background noise at the beginning of your take. When you are done, select that blank piece and click "effect", then choose Noise Removal and 'Get Noise Profile'. Then go back and select the entire recording, click "effect" again, and "remove noise". It works very well.

ok ive done my recording now please tell me how do I send it, This is turning into a EPIC adventure im not to clever with the computer, took me 2 days and a new mic to realise my web cam stopping mic from working, lol see what your up against, so please can I have a Idiots guide on how to send it in now, I used the recording link if that helps
