say that a person wins a ticket and finds out they cant make it and it is the week befor departure. will the winner be able to resccedual and still get the cool stuff?

Say you won the "Big Ticket" but didn't want to go to England. Could you still get life-time membership because my parents probably won't let me leave home since of school and all that...?

It's a great idea.

I've always been over looked though so I know I have 0 chance of getting to go. Woulda been awsome, furthest i've been from home town is 300 miles. Let alone a ocean

Honestly i probably wouldn't want to win im just hoping 24 people that can't afford membership get it because i know how bad it was not being able too good luck fellow rs players.
