Hey everyone,
More than one of you have been asking "Where is the November Newsletter?"
The short answer is "we didn't do one but thanks for your patience in waiting for this one". :D
As for October's caption and quiz winners, I will need to check with Mod Kathy and Mod Crow about that as they are now handling those competitions (although the actual posts may still come from me). We'll get it sorted. :)

Very simply - we ran out of Community Management team members for you to guess! These newsletters have been going for quite a while and when I was looking around for people to ask for their ten facts, pretty much everyone here had already been featured.
I did think about running it anyway (and just including a line to the effect of "this is someone who's been in it before") but as Jane has just joined the team I thought it would actually be better if she just introduced herself. (It wouldn't have been fair to expect any of you to guess her as she's so new to this team! :) )

@Starkeeper27 This is not the place for this, and it is your own fault for being scammed. You should never believe anything too good to be true, and anyone who claims to be doubling money, or even tripling money is to be reported immediately. It is always a lie, never believe them or support their efforts. Report them if you see them saying anything of the like. You should brush up on reading the rules and conduct and scamming prevention measures. I'm not sure of the thread but simply look through the forums a bit and I'm sure it's prominent in there. It covers almost all scams. However there is nothing Jagex can do to help you without an effective/efficient report (In-Game). Though I believe even then you wont get your items/gold back. It is ultimately the players responsibility to keep their account and all items, money, and anything else safe and protected. So let it be a lesson learned and always report and watch out for scams. Thank you.

Everyone in it is totally awesome you'll see.

Outside of Jagex you been playing for years.
Making a few 99's I hear.
Even though you're more a skiller than a killer.
Mashing bots was your big thriller.
On the forums many posted welcomes so sweet.
Do pop in game, there's more to meet.

I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to win the November Quiz! It really is an honor and I will never forget this. Thanks a bunch to everyone that runs the Newsletters and keeps the community involved! You guys do an amazing job.
I also want to welcome Mod Jane. It's great that you're a veteran player on your own personal account. That only helps a whole bunch! I'm sure you're going to help make Runescape a better experience!

I'm just happy you replied, that's all I really wanted, an honest answer. If you don't know all the facts yet just say so, like you did. It's the "silent treaments" that bother us the most I think.
