ryujin your using flawed logic, let me give you an example. you're saying that woox hasn't done anything incredible because all it takes is time and effort to do what hes done.
what would you say is incredible then? almost everything takes time and effort, if however you're talking about a natural born athlete or a natural born genius, they were born that way and they didn't do anything to achieve their abilities. (it's not as though you're tested on something before you're born and based on that you get endowed with strength or intellect, its random) If you're going to credit someone for something they were born with and had no way of controlling then you're crediting them for nothing, you might as well punish someone for being born with a deficiency.
so time and effort is the only thing that we can get close to measuring someones achievements off of fairly, and in that aspect woox16 has excelled and therefore his actions are worthy of praise (the front page). If you still disagree i defy you to give me an example of someone you think is truly incredible, that involves something more than "natural born ability" that they had no control over. I think you'll find if they weren't born with it, they put time and effort in which is worthy of praise.

a MAXED account can do anything, that is the point i'm trying to get across here.

I have yet to see a MAXED account solo nex with a full inventory of cabbages, no armor, and no weapons and 0 prayer points, with also no summoning familiar, no help or assistance from any player.
Therefor it is NOT true that a maxed account can do anything. A maxed account has its limitations and so does a level 3 account.

I know and most of the time when you PVM you're not just clicking on the mouse but you're also using your F keys to switch prayers quicker, to pull off a special attack faster.
and your eyes also spend most of the time, depending on the boss, looking at the mini-map to see if you're in the right position, if the boss is well lured, to plan out and time right when you are going to make your next move.
There is indeedly more to it than just clicking.

lol yeah. I was excited the first time soloed bandos and sara. Then i watch one of woox16's videos where he soloed bandos in full bronze and soloed sara without even attacking :@ he is a great inspiration to pvmers. He's the reason i even started soloing bosses :)
