If it's under endurance mode as normal then I imagine getting bored is gonna be the only thing that really ends it. I reached the max dominion factor cap at like floor 165 taking quite minimal supplies in, very few fights used any supplies at all (The 4 dt brothers all at once was the only thing that ever used any amount of supplies, everything from dag sentinels or karamel+gelatin to balance ele or the untouchable used no supplies).
PS: and I don't even have the really high end expensive gear! No claws or similar spec wep, only dragon armour (w/ dhide top), didn't use any potions or familiars at all, used medallion instead of fury, etc.
Floor 1000 seems perfectly possible with just a little bit of luck for bosses (or just being really skilled and well prepared for the very few hard ones), but there's no further reward once you hit the 1m dominion factor cap per run as far as I can tell.
