If so when and how would we be informed of the time and world?

Actually Tebby, Zezima was the best runescape player for years and years nonstop , nobody ever surpassed him, and now Jagex wants to credit someone who SIMPLY FLASHED PRAYER TO KILL JAD. I gurantee you if they took away the flash prayer it couldn't happen. In fact in GOOD GAMES, there would be no flash prayer. I call that cheating to be honest.

On a second note, i'm still waiting for a J mod to explain to me why Zezima was never mentioned at all and yet this random player JUST LIKE ALL OF US is. Hell hes not even ranked number 1 in the whole game.
