"Now to my point, I find it appalling that Jagex would specifically designate only 'ONE' player to the spotlight. Jagex has been trying to emphasize GROUP work rather than SOLO work. This is demonstrated by the many minigames launched that ALMOST ALL require teamwork. Also, the recently launched clan system demonstrates the emphasis on TEAMWORK. Jagex has even launched a skill which attempts to incorporate TEAMWORK for efficient leveling.
I believe that Jagex should not go through with this event unless it is changed to a more GROUP oriented activity rather than focusing on an INDIVIDUAL.
By going through with this event, Jagex would be going against the policy of development that has created such a strong community of players. The policy being the emphasis on GROUP(COMMUNITY) rather than SOLO(INDIVIDUAL)gameplay."
Unfortunately your reply is considerably invalid. Saying that this 'event' shouldn't go on means that the player Woox16 is forbidden to play the Dominion Tower. What your specifically saying is that rs accounts are shared among several individuals. Jagex Moderators chose to provide entertainment to those in the rs community. Why would this be cutting off anything to your gameplay when you can play the Dominion Tower as well. Also, Jagex Moderators wanted to promote the newly created 'minigame' by providing entertainment to the community. This leads to encouraging players to get into the Dominion Tower. Your point is mistakenly invalid and useless. This was specifically to be entertainment towards the RS community. There are multiple examples of individual spotlight given because those individuals are worth mentioning for what they did that was spectacular and beyond anyone's ability to replicate. E.g. The player "Alibhon" successfully achieved all skills to 99 in a day. The player Woox16 is no exception. The player earnt his right to be in the spotlight which is shown by what the Jagex Mods did.
Yours Sincerely,
Attack me959
