I voted for Elvarg because she is one of the most iconic monsters in Runescape.

She was the last quest boss in classic. She unlocks what used to be the best armor in the game and is still the best armor in f2p.

She has been a symbol of Runescape for years. When I was f2p, beating her was the ultimate goal.

When they updated the ending I made a new account just to fight her again.

She has one of the more interesting back stories in the game.

She devastated Crandor, wrecked your ship, and killed your cabin boy.

Dragon Slayer is still one of my favorite quests. I've Beat it using a fighter, archer, and a mage.

As long as her strength scales up with your combat level, I'd love to fight her again. Especially if they develop her character more.

I voted for Treus Dayth, the haunted mine boss. Does anyone even remember that boss? It was awesome! Mine carts and cranes flying all over the place. But elvarg? That quest was cool at the time but the only reason people want to fight elvarg again is for "nostalgia".

Think about it. It was hard then because you were weak. Now you're gonna go back and kill in like two hits and think, "Wow. That was it? What a waste." Unless Jagex is doing something completely different with this, in which case a dragon isn't the coolest choice anyway, this isn't gonna be as cool as it could be.

I don't know about everyone else, but I feel another "special" quest is coming. :P

Recipe for Disaster was a "special" quest that involved many sub-quests. At the end, there were 4 bosses that each used similar mechanics to some bosses from other quests, particularly Desert Treasure and Horror from the Deep.

In this case, we may end up re-fighting these voted bosses again, but perhaps in a different form? If so, this will be something to look forward to. O_o

why most you ppl have to be baby about if Elvarg win i mean dragon slayer got you to wear rune platebody and green dragon hide bodys i love that quest and love that dragon i wish thay made another quest for it for another part of armour or something maybe new dragon weapons and new dragon hide i know i got alot of my lvls from use runeplate body...and im glad that this boss is in the poll i got bord one day and made a quest story line behind dragon slayer...i really do hope this boss wins i voted for it and im a member

I voted for Elvarg because it was the first boss that really gives the creeps when you first met her.

And where is the double-headed dragon that was heavily wounded by Sir Vant? That dragon was summoned by a mysterious warlock. Like to see the story behind this cutscene found in the cellar + grotto system below one of the Lumbridge houses. :)

I had trouble deciding, I narrowed it down to, Elvarg for nostalgia reasons, Treus Dayth, he had an interesting boss fight and was quite a challenge to me, and the illusive, loved the dream mentor boss fight. I ruled out the illusive because it couldn't really couldn't go anywhere, and Dayth because it was a pain to fight him, so i finally chose Elvarg. ,.•*ˆ*•¸SkyGuardians¸•*ˆ*•.,

I'm afraid that if I were to fight Elvarg again, it would be more of a 2-hit slaughterfest than a real fight, since I fought the dragon over 60 combat levels ago. It wouldn't be a challenge any more.

However, if you guys could double the combat level, that would be more exciting.

honestly this poll is kind of dumb..no chalanging bosses, i mean common evlarg is winning even though its a trash boss that can easliy be 2 hit..

what i want to see is a challanging boss like

To all those who have been saying that FtP are changing the results:

1) You can look at FtP and members seperately. Jagex can decide to ignore the FtP votes.

2) the majority of votes have been from members anyway

3) If Elvarg is winning, it isn't because of the FtPers, it's because of PtPers. Last time I checked, 40% of members had voted for Elvarg, 60% of FtP, and the total was 43%...
