I wanted to vote for Elvarg, but sadly that wasn't an option. :(
I ended up voting for none of them because honestly I have no preference whatsoever in regards to the options mentioned, I have trouble remembering half of them, lol.

The results and responses are awfully disappointing. Guys, if you can't remember any of these names it's because it wasn't the fight that made these bosses tough. You had to pay attention to the quest's storyline to understand how powerful some of these creatures are. This is the purpose of a "rematch": to fight them at their true potential.

WARNING:SPOILERS!

For instance, Solus Dellagar is a wizard of immense power associated with Lucien and was said to be one of the most dangerous people in all of Gielinor. He once single-handedly killed 2000 people in Edgeville. In the quest, you had to "follow" him all around the map, however this was difficult because he was in multiple places at the same time. Solus Dellagar developed a spell that allowed him to be in both his original point and his destination simultaneously. Each time you found him (only by scanning with the CommOrb) he would teleport away, sometimes teleporting you in the process, but Savant was able to track him and leave a clue in your inventory to have an idea where to find him next. In one altercation he attacks you and would surely have killed you in one hit if not for the help of Savant who teleports you away to safety. After catching Solus several times, Savant is able to summon a squad of White Knights to ambush him at his destination inside the rune essence mines. But in a single cast of Ice Barrage he kills all 15 of them (dealing a total of 10500 damage). Of course, this greatly weakened him and that's when you finally get the chance to fight him. If Solus Dellagar was prepared I'm sure he would have put up an extremely tough fight.

The Slug Prince is controlled by a far tougher foe, Mother Mallum. Mother Mallum is an ancient parasite who has the ability to control the thoughts and actions of others (not just one at a time but entire armies!). Mother Mallum takes over the fishing platform and Witchhaven using this method with the help of her sea slug minions. In the quest, your own player is convinced to set her free (she was locked away behind a magic gate created by the Temple Knights). Since Mother Mallum is a parasite, she needs a host, so she was going to capture you as her new host but Savant teleports you away to safety just in the knick of time. This does not solve the problem of Mother Mallum being free in the lands of Gielinor. In another quest Kennith gets possessed by Mother Mallum and makes many dangerous threats. That quest shows how Mother Mallum can turn a weak boy into a notable force (when his rage culminates he is untouchable).

thinking back now i do see agree with SPOT. And i bet most of the people/things on tht list would become nomad difficulty or worse if we didn't get the edges we had vs. them the first time. But, in all reality would be nice to have revenge on a few dif bosses and not just 1.

This poll really isn't fair - a *lot* of people have played Demon Slayer, and other f2p quests while a lot less have played Another Slice of H.A.M., Slug Menace, etc :(

Voted for Sigmud - More Dorgeshuun please? ^_^
