I have a question, a lot of people in runescape get confused about this, so i would like to ask it here. A lot of people say they can advertise your youtube channel, and a lot say that its against the rules to advertise it, and often get away with reporting it. So are people allowed to advertise it, or only talk about it, and let others know?(btw there was no video favored like that i just checked it now?)

Hi all, I'm almost always on youtube and every so often I watch a RuneScape video of either a dev. blog or of any events that have gone on reasently.
Keep the videos coming, I really enjoy watching them :)
