I'd like to suggest the CM Team to provide a space for the communities that will no longer have localized support;
A Sticky for Language-Specific Clans Index
A Sticky for Translated Rules
A Sticky for Translated Payment Methods
A Sticky for Account Safety Guides
*Most of this information already exists in our forums, you can us those threads..
*I don't have to place arguments over why we at least need this. We all are knowladgable on those reasons.

Hi again, JaGex Moderators
I hope you have read what most of us are saying in this thread and other threads. I also hope it has made you change your mind, or at least thought more and differently about it.
I have already written a post at page 14, but I have more to say.
"Many people say that players will quit playing RuneScape because of this update"
My personal experience: Almost everyday, when I log on to the Norwegian forums I see new threads made by people in need for help. I ask myself, and I ask some of them.
-Why do you go to the Norwegian forums for help?
They say that it's hard to find help elsewhere because of the language differences. Many of my friends who plays RuneScape is under 15 years old, and their English skills are not yet well enough to read and understand rules and guides.
-Why don't you ask your friends or other people you meet ingame?
My friends know nothing more than me. Most players won't answer my questions. Some of them troll me or flame me for me for my ignorance.
-Have you tried searching the internet?
Yes, but I don't understand. I do not know where to look. I do not undestand the guides on the RuneScape page either. The English is too well written for me to understand.
At the Norwegian forums I always see fast, helping and serious replies. People are polite and we are guided by good F-moderators.
-Will you quit playing RuneScape if the foreign forums disappear?
I am not sure. But I am certain I won't be playing for long if I have to struggle with the game. I understand English, but not that good. The Norwegian forum is the best way for me to get the help I need. I do not know what I am going to do after the 18th of July. When I come to think about it;is it really that much to ask for?
Please do not take this great resource away from the players.
Loving your game.

These are some of the answers I have gathered.
I have been playing RuneScape for many years and consider myself an experienced player.
I speak for everyone who loves the forums as much as myself.
I speak for those who like to help others, and for those who need help.
I speak for those who has spent much time in those forums.
I speak for those who express themselves better in their first language.
Thank you all.

Hellozzz, foreigners & JaGeX Moderators.
I only post to quote a part of my past Post, very important and interesting for JaGeX to know:
==============
DISADVANTAGES:
==============
FOR JAGEX?
- JaGeX will loose more than 15% of their Membership income, because the foreign P2P's will leave RuneScape.
- The RuneScape Forums will be too crowded; new Threads will reach the 5- Pages in three seconds, without been read/seen by any person.
- JaGeX will loose very much popularity, and his image as company will be damaged, posibly leaving his "Best MMORPG Game" position.
FOR US?
- We'll cannot express our thinkings and feelings, so we'll loose our right to express freely.
- We'll cannot get help/interact with another people; first because we don't konow his language, and second because we cannot talk in our native language.
- We'll cannot do Threads without being take down to the 5th Page in two seconds, and cannot do Events without being lagged because 1,500 people assist at it.
I hope some JMod could read this, and aware of the error is JaGeX making.
See ya'

Jagex, we want our replies, I know you're reading all the posts, but you won't answer, because you don't know what to say.
If that's what is happening, you shouldn't continue with this idea. ¿Why?
Jagex, I'm going to ask you ONE question, and I know you're reading this, so...
¿Who's going to know what's better for the communities?
¿The communities or Jagex?
