I'll give two names for the hobgoblin geomancer in the lore:
-Nullam Tellus (Latin for "Magic Earth" )
-Movens Terrae (Latin for "Mover of earth" )
Why Latin names? Because since the hooded figure is undoubtably Bilrach, and Zaros' Empire used Latin, perhaps Bilrach gave him these names (more likely the second name than the first), or the hobgoblin used them because he heard Bilrach use it. Even if he is a follower of Zamorak, Bilarch was once loyal to Zaros.
Finally a competition for lore enthusists
. Haven't seen one since the Armies of Gielndor story competition.
