Well, this may be the right thread...
But I want to know if I make a video with one of my friends, does he get the reward as well?
Another question: If I make a video with my friend and submit it under my name, and then make another video with the same friend or different friend and put it under his/her name is it still a valid entry?

If you do win then I believe Jagex said you will have to split the prize between you and any of your friends. (One of you could go to England and another take the lifetime membership I believe is what they meant)

I doubt Jagex would accept both videos if they were posted on the same Youtube channel, I don't think you should make multiple videos even on different channels as it makes it a bit unfair having multiple chances to win.

I still need a second actor:
The second actor needs to have and be able to wear a steel hasta, Fremennik wooden shield, moonclan boots and Verac's Brassard and MUST have access to the Wasteland to the east of the Poison Waste. (This means you must have at least STARTED The Path of Glophire.)

Regarding the blurriness in the Vegas preview, it's always blurry to some degree anyway to save on the memory.
You can adjust the preview window quality by clicking the Preview Quality drop down menu.
Also if blurry capture with Hypercam, have a fiddle with the properties in the AVI tab - especially the frame rate recording and playback.

The blur isn't really a problem because if you set the quality on Best, it will just get laggy.
So best way to view your video while you're editing is to adjust To Preview - Half.
EDIT:
I got a question XD. Do "Runescape Machinima 2010" And our username need to be in our video till the end? (0:30 seconds) or I can just put it for 5 seconds somewhere?

In response to your question, A good idea (That looks professional) would be to put your username in writing in the bottom right or left corner of the video. This will ensure that your username will be on the video. I normally do this with my videos, then I leave it on all the way through the video. This lets people know who your are better aswell.

Hi all,
Seems there has been some confusion in regards what you should be advertising. You must advertise something in the game, whether it is a skill, quest, location, monster, player or clan. Sadly this does not include advertising the game of RuneScape itself.
You can advertise the land of RuneScape such as 'Come here for a stunning holiday' but not the game itself. The same applies for things such as the forums, membership, payment methods and so on. It has to be something that exists in the game itself.
Just a mini note, our mentors are experts on machinima creation and YouTube support but if you want answers on the competition itself I really would recommend posting here instead.
