I was going to enter the competition and I got a GENIUS idea for a video.But sadly when I went to make sure that my mic would work for audio it doens't work.I wanted to add audio because it would make my video more appealing.What do I do???If I don't add audio it wont have a chance at winning :(

Josh, you could consult a friend for help. What a lot of people do is use voice actors. People who record a voice clip and send it to the video maker.
You can either hire a professional, or ask a friend on- or offline.

Well my computer has vista on it so im not sure if it has that option.I have searched on google and tried fixing it but it wont work.Well I could hire a voice actor but that would probably cost too much.I was going to see if my cousin would let me barrow her mic to record audio but i don't think hers will work on my computer.

My computer is an e-machine and it has the lil black thingy that you hook up into the back of the computer tower.I did so and this box popped up on screen and it asked what did I just plug in and it had the mic checked and it gave me all kidns of audio options and it said the mic was working proerly.I guess it has a blue light on top of it welll I think it is a blue light I think it is suppost to light up.But I don't see anywhere I can speak into it other thatn the little blue light thingy on the top.
