Yes it is possible if you are using audacity select the area you want to change the pitch and go under effects and press change pitch

Ok, another thing is, is it worth it to be a complete perfecionist with your video? Every time I listen to it I think i sounds cheesy and silly, is it normal to feel that even when other people would say it's quite good? >.<

Most people aren't satisfied with their own voice when they hear playbacks, so it's common to think that you may sound silly.

As for being a perfectionist - there's absolutely nothing wrong wit that. You're the one making the video, so it should come out exactly as *you* imagined it to, not anyone else. If you're unsatisfied with something, change it until you like it.
