Can someone help me I'm probally a noob for asking this lol, but what do these mean?
•Entries must have at least a screen resolution of 1280x1024
•Entries must have the skybox enabled with Open GL/high graphics activated

Or how to I check that they are correct?

Skyboxes/Open GL is easy to enable :) You have to go into the Options box in Runescape, and you can choose Software or OpenGL (or DIrect X in some cases). When you click the Custom box, you can set skyboxes to be on, only in the citadel.
The resolution is mostly based on your computer. Usually, to check the resolution of an image, you would right click it (or cmd click it on Mac's), and click Options, or Get info. You'll see the resolution there :)


My picture was so hard to take :D I had 2 seconds to take it before they got up and went crazy again! It was so hard to get everyone seated and in position, but it was worthwhile! :)
