I'm going to presume this is themeplay and a private roleplay. You keep wording it as if it's freelance, but usually freelance conforms somewhat to relative normality on Gielinor. There are drunken sailors, or white knights, etc.
I'm not telling you what to do, but I would probably suggest that maybe having your own discord for this would be more constructive, since it allows for more expression and flavour-text that in-game doesn't really allow for. Hell, discord even has a dice bot if you're doing roll-checks.
I'd also say, instead of using the thread to "document" things on-going (Presumably the "And thens" being similar to reserve posts), I'd suggest you try to make it more as a "Hey, here's a thing, come join us! Here are our details" in a fairly approachable and well-worded "advertisement". This thread seems a little confused.
Also, I think someone mentioned about bringing back "The oldies". Fair point, people have a place in their heart for some of them,

I'm an oldie, just not a well-known one. but regardlessbut there's likely a reason they don't play anymore; might have a job. A family to support. Going to University or something that is distinctly more important than roleplay. Nothing wrong with wanting them back, just don't think it'll happen.
If you want this to be a thing, you can freelance it, but people will probably scratch their head since they either know of the "World Guardian" as one person, not a mixture of different people and faiths. Once you go past "normality" on Gielinor in terms of RP, it's likely its own canon.
To summarize. I'm not 100% sure what's going on besides it being some kind of roleplay, but I can't really follow what's being asked or stated fully. Feel free to correct me.
