And from 0 to 100 again. Lovely.
How? I didn't think any of that was attacking.
It was not aimed at you. What you responded to (f-mod hosted threads) is basically the result of me asking some questions about it and some other stuff on the Forum Help thread that RiDaku seems to have picked up on.
Oh, okay. No worries then!

Good news! There shouldn't be any problems here then, because what was said was "Until things settle down" and not "it's gone in to the fiery pits of Pandemonium forever".
I guess, but I'd like it posted sooner than later. Personally I don't see how things going awry elsewhere should affect this, but if you think so I suppose. It's your thread.

Ok, so I've edited out my modding remarks because the two forumers have edited out what I requested. Thank you both.
To recap: Having a mentor list or not having a mentor list; neither breaks the forum rules. Suggestions were given about how to have one that stays within the forum rules. It is also true that having such a list can be a tricky thing. You all know there are other tricky things, generally speaking, sometimes happening on threads and OPs respond to said tricky things differently. We do need to respect those various ways of dealing with tricky matters (Also, I know I am overusing
tricky
, but I like it and I'm too lazy to click a tab for a thesaurus.) as long as they're within the forum rules.
The bigger picture questions here, I think, go beyond our forum rules because they are about principles and ideas regarding community and, by extension, community threads. I did pass the situation - about community and community threads - along to other eyes.

@HC Tervuren - Could you please remove that inaccurate representation from your post as well? Thank you.
Absolutely. Thank you for clarifying.
Edited: Removed it.

Edit: When the content is removed from both posts, I will edit this post accordingly. I think it is important to keep what I bold-faced, for example.
Of course, and I totally agree with that with no issue. My problem was with what he portrayed you as saying .. Totally different meaning.

Batman from the DC Animated Movie Universe is the best Batman so far change my mind
Also can we have a loredump section? Links to the rs wiki where newbies can read up on various races and current events in runescape? I'm sure it'd be a pretty big pain, but several people (myself included) can help out.
And please not the rsrp wiki (until they thoroughly cite their sources)
I don't know if this has been asked for / attempted before. Barring drama, I haven't looked at this guide thread since 2014
Apologies for misrepresenting your words, Twillow, honestly though that you'd given approval in our conversation. Removing that section now. Sorry for the delay, I've been asleep.

They think they are "the many", and I "the few". They think this gives them the right to walk over me.

Absolutely, I've definitely got some reserve posts waiting for something like that! If you'd like to start compiling links (in a single post please don't do what Enyremer did and unleash shit-and-hellfire over 5 posts) while I'm running my event, if not then I can do it afterwards.

I think it's an important bit to have cataloged, just as the other two currently listed Cliches are. It's recording a trend that existed on W42 in the past that existed to such a degree that it burned itself out, since one zealot group would meet another zealot group and then cannibalize each other. An important distinguishing feature here is that this isn't
naysaying
the idea of zealotry-

While in trace amounts they can actually liven up a plotline or even individual scenes, when done
in excess
they become frustrating and actually detrimental to healthy roleplay. Below are some cliches that
ran
prevalent across the roleplay scene, that have the
potential
to spiral out of control again.
Outliers will certainly exist, and they have clearly existed in the past. Solus Dellagar is a wonderful example of an in-lore zealot, a religious extremist going far beyond what anybody wants. Including his own faction.
TL;DR,
Zealots exist in-lore but not to the degree that W42 has made them in the past. They existed so commonly that it became a cliche for a religious character to be an extremist. It's not bad to be one, but it's bad if everybody's one.

Sorry but doesn't anything done in excess have the potential to spiral out of control and be unhealthy for roleplay? By your logic I would argue that OP Mahjarrat characters, flawless undead characters and heavily erotic vampyres are way more up there than zealotry.
