My friend and I were roleplaying as vampyres in good ol' Canifis, when a frost dragon, yes, you heard me, FROST DRAGON comes up the stairs, wrapping its tail around my friend, carrying her onto the balcony and creating a frost barrier so that no one could pass.
When i tried breaking down the ice, the frost dragon changed its scale color to green, saying that it seemed more "teen" like, and blew hot steam at me.
When i asked how the dragon was so suddenly no longer frost he told me that it was an "elemental" dragon and could absorb its surroundings. I did not object yet, as Canifis is in a swamp, which does have steam and is indeed very green.
After a good amount of fighting, i shot a spell at the dragon from point blank range. In the time it took for the spell to move only a few centimeters, the dragon was able to turn into metal, shoot some more steam at me, and stomp on the floor, breaking it so that he would fall onto the ground floor. Along with my friend.
I went downstairs, following him and tried explaining to him that metal conducts magic and that the spell would only take a few seconds to hit him from point blank. Unfortunately i was completely ignored, the vyre downstairs joined in the fight with the dragon, who was still metal, although there was not metal anywhere around him.
The dragon then proceeded behind the bar, shot another barrage of steam then created an ice wall to stop any pursuers, while still in his "metal form". He then begins to talk, in common speak, to my friend who is scared out of her mind, ensuring her that everything will be okay.
When we finally break through his wall of ice, he breaks a hole in the wall of the pub, walking through the swamp then flying off, STILL in his heavy metal form.
So i was standing there, alone as the others continued with their buisness, without my friend. Only one though came to mind.
Are you kidding me...?
Yours (un)truly, Drakor.
