They were huddled, circled, the Kinshra, Hierophants, Demons, and Necromancers of Zamorak. In the center of their circle stood Vengra, Demon of the Council of Zamorak. Upon black floor did they stand, their armour clicking on the floor. Like Zamorak’s horns they would appear, when viewed from above, the red ritual gowns of the Chaos Lords and Ladies, the blazing brand set in a fire pit in the center, symbolizing the Infernal Flame. Each held a candle, lit, and the Demon held in her right hand, the flaming brand, soaked in the heat of chaos itself. It was forged from the helmets of fallen Saradominists. It was carrying this brand she proclaimed.
“Wherefore, in the name of Zamorak the All-Powerful, Scourge of Saradomin, and the Unholy Church of the Chaotic Flame, in virtue of the power which has been given us of binding and loosing souls in Infernus and Gielinor, we deprive him, the Mahjarrat Pyro, declared Heretic, and all of his accomplices and abettors in his deeds against Zamorakians.
We separate him from the society of All Zamorakians. We exclude him from the warmth of our Unholy Flame. In Infernus, and Gielinor, we declare him excommunicated and anathematised. We judge him condemned to the eternal stagnation of mediocrity with the servants of light and order, we condemn his body and soul to the cruel horrors of the Abyss, alongside all other reprobates. We deliver him unto the persecution of the heathen, or the heretic, and we deny him the rights of ambition, of power and right to thrive in Chaos. For his actions, we damn his soul to eternal Abyss, to vociferous judgement.
May Zamorak gift him strength to stand alone, for that is all he has left.”
