A coffin appeared in East Falador square, filled with gallons of human blood. When a guard found it last night, footprints led away for a few feet, before abruptly stopping. The large, metal coffin had a hole where the head would go on the lid, and four locking cuffs inside, with an enchantment to prevent movement. Someone tried, and potentially succeeded in releasing a monster into Falador.
Likewise, a heavily armoured figure with Bandosian markings, and a mask resembling a doll's face built into the helmet, was found dead by the South Falador gate, the damage implying magical means were used.
Finally, the sword's timer was broken by some Godless and unaffiliated people, who considered it a victory. With the Sword removed and skulls sent to their respective resting places, the earlier display is cleaned up. However, the sword's timer would, if still functioning, read "1D:4H:25M."

Just a reminder about our event tomorrow. And some hints as to how combat intensive it will be. You've been warned!
It came in the dead of night. The message that the battle had begun. Armies of Wights surrounded Falador at sunrise, pounding their shields with their weapons twice, then hitting the ground with the butt of their spears. Armies of wights, numbering a mere 2,000, but with the couple hundred necromancers about, any futile attempt to stop them would only add to their numbers, and be quickly replaced. This was the first wave.
Standing before the North gate were three figures. A grey and blue clad figure, headless, in armour. The Shadow Demon Azarkre'ath, pounding its chest in excitement. And finally, the fearsome Wight Knight of Sliske, a former White Knight corrupted after her fall in the recent siege of Falador.
Flying overhead, people have spotted what appears to be a loud, wailing moth, with a wingspan of at least 12 feet. It's fire magic hastily decorated the White Knight castle with a flaming sigil of Sliske, but this was extinguished almost as fast.
The forest fires in the north continue to rage on, approaching the city closer and closer. Finally, strange mechanical noises have been heard in the Giant Mole's lair.
All hell is breaking loose upon Falador, as the rising sun was suddenly hidden by a sudden rainstorm, leaving the skies dark and gloomy as the time to the battle draws closer.
"Tick tick tick. That's the sound of your life running out."
The event is today, in 13 and a half hours. Don't miss it!
Falador's North and South Gates are heavily damaged.
So is the East side of the city.
The Dwarven Destroyer Mechanism was destroyed with the quick thinking of the East Square team, the final, destroying blow going to Dawn the Mage. The shield from the mech has been given to the Renderra family, who promise to keep this old family relic locked heavily. The Blizzard Bow it carried was quickly snatched up by the Temple Knights.
The Dragon, Skraegorn, was slain by a slew of the East square team, the wand it carried being picked up by a Kinshra Knight. The Kronesian’s Dragonfire wand rests in their hands.
The Moth, Lunaris was slain after destroying the Southern gate. The ring it bore, the crest of Mak'shirun, is left in the rubble of the area.
The Demon Azakre'ath was slain by a detachment of White Knights, Temple Knights, and Falador Guard. It's ashes were scattered following the Avernic's death.
The Headless commander, once known as Keelin Renderra was bested by her neice in combat, preparing her remains to be burned according to Renderra tradition.
The Shadow Witch Deborah, has been confirmed dead after fighting the leader of the assault, the Puppetmaster of Sliske. Her head was taken, as her body was laid limp and ragdolled, a message left on her person on a sheet of parchment. Her remains are at the castle for investigation.
This somber story does end with good news, however, as the Wight Knight's remains were returned to Falador castle. Lady Tasha Ress is now able to be returned to her brothers and sisters of the White Knights and allowed her peace.
All adventurers who fought have received a warbond for their service, worth 500 gold coins in ten year's time, or able to be redeamed sooner for 50.
Falador is broken, but Asgarnia endured. Even now, the officers meet to discuss reconstruction and a potential investigation.

Event Name - Winds of Murder.
Date & Time - Saturday the 17th @ 5pm EST
Location - Port Sarim.
Overview -
It's a week before Christmas and a string of murders have been occurring for the last three nights. Eyewitness reports have stated the attacks follow after a gust of cold wind blows through the city each night.
Prince Ivandis Grey has called for mercenaries to help find and put down what is causing the murders. A reward has been promised for those who are successful with taking down the culprit.
In the shadow of Ice Mountain, tensions flare. Count Edmond Sterlant of Mavallia has declared war on the County of Salodor claiming that the ruling Count, Virto Verdicci, has been plotting to overthrow. In doing so, he has awakened a centuries old rivalry dating back to the early Fourth Age. Now both Families are luring Mercenary Companies to Lassaria with promises of Gold and Glory.
The Duke of Lassaria has thusfar been silent on the matter, and many are saying that it is doubtful he will choose to intervene in the conflict. Whether or not he does, both sides are promising a swift and violent end to the war, and their rivals...
