^ That.
What generally happens with these FCs is...
1) Start of the FC. Flood of people, lots of chitter-chatter, some relevant to RP, some not.
2) An RP or two comes of it early.
3) Eventually, as the FC host chooses "moderators" whose jobs it is to kick people that are misbehaving or causing conflict, and it often ends up being a given group of friends who more narrowly define who is in the wrong/right.
4) People end up kicked from the FC more or less because they aren't liked, and others stop coming because it becomes the same faces of the group every time, and those faces generally were not always the most polite/savvy to people with outside opinions.
5) FC eventually fades away because pretty much every friend group in W42 has other ways to communicate.
Very little roleplay ends up suggested/coming to fruition. Of the times people did notify others of a roleplay, it seemed that sadly few of those in the FC at the time would come. It sounds great in theory, but in practice it just hasn't worked.
