Of course you would agree, you love American's pretending to be Scottish.
Considering my ancestor were covenanters and Jacobites. While yours were probably english... I'd say I'm more Scottish than you.
My second name is actually Johnstone, who were one of the border clans of Scotland known for raiding the English. But cool, tell me some more how your American family is Scottish.

You'll never beat the Irish
No matter what you do
You can put us down and keep us out
But we'll come back again
You know we are the fighting Irish
and we'll fight until the end
You should have known
You'll never beat the Irish
So... are you Irish?

Well the long story is in a book that my aunt got together and thanks to her we have a strait lineage connecting use to MacQueen and Morrison bloodlines. The MacQueen ancestors would have fought for the MacDonald at Harlaw. The last record of that line in Scotland is 1741. Then there was the Morrison side, the more Catholic of the two, to say the least.

Your ancient, extended family has some top notch supermarkets. But you're still not Scottish.
