After being given the responsability of delivering rations to the people, and keeping them happy, the White Knights wasted no time in getting the ball rolling.

A day after the powers were given, notices went up around the Kingdom of Falador detailing different locations and their respective times at which citizens will be able to go and collect rations. They also detailed a Sing-Song Bonfire night.

With control of the Food Storehouses and rationing being handed over to the authority of the White Knights, security around the Storehouses would be tightened to the point of the Storehouses being near impenetrable.

Any citizen caught breaking into or stealing from the Storehouses will be arrested and tried for treason and held under the authority of the White Knights.

Slightly more detailed description of the character:

Elias was born in Ardougne. He eventually became a White Knight around the age of twenty one, and served for several years before leaving the Order and becoming a Knight of the Round Table in the Kingdom of Camelot(his title was the Moose). He disappeared during that time, and is now returning to the White Knights.

Corina is still a White Knight, for now. Though she's been an initiate for five years due to the issues she has with following chivalry, especially to help people. It can't be said she totally lack honour though.
