A Little About: Myra grew up in Varrock with her witch mother and druid father and older brother. Her parents own a magic and potions store in Varrock. She learnt enough magic and herbalism to help her parents with their store but that is all. Her mother attended the wizard tower as an apprentice. Following the path of her mother, unlike her brother who went on to study herbalism, Myra often has her head in a book and is eager to learn more about magic.

Greetings from the Federal Republic of The Arc.

We are keen to start looking at building a friendship of co-operation and understanding with The Wizards Tower.

I think the first thing we should do is to look at how we can increase co-operation so i propose a face to face meeting, and therefore, invite you to Waiko at your earliest convenience.

We also request some assistance in understanding the dark magic that is haunting and crippling Goshima, at your earliest convenience.

The Federal Republic of The Arc is hosting its first Congress Session of the League of Workers Party of Arc on 10th November @ 8:00 pm GMT (3:00pm est).

This event is open to all to highlight how open the Federation is to the Westerners. We hope that The Wizards Tower sends representative to this event in Waiko (The Arc).

As the first gathering of the Assembly of Tirannwn approaches, my office wishes the collect preliminary views from the general public, regarding several areas of Government. To facilitate this, the State of Tirannwn is to host a public gathering at the official residence of Chancellor Cynfor Elis in Lletya, on the 37th of Novtumber (Friday, 23rd of November @ 8PM Game Time) .

It has been determined by my administration that the presence of at least one (or more) representatives, from your respective organization would be appreciated, to facilitate the development of our foreign, economic and cultural policies. Food and Drink will be provided at the event, and overnight accommodation can be arranged if you so desire.

The Gwarchod will ensure the security and protection of any dignitaries you may send to our lands for the duration of this gathering, and will cooperate with any security force you may provide with them. However for security reasons, we will be imposing security checks to confiscate arms and other forbidden items from individuals attending, though foreign dignitaries that are recognized by the State of Tirannwn may be exempted on a case-by-case basis.

I do hope you can attend. While you are not obliged to do so in any way, we would appreciate a reply to this letter with your response to our administration , and if in attendance, any arrangements you wish to be made beforehand.

A Little About: For years, Hecless traveled the world with a group of orphaned adventurers. They slayed many beasts and explored all over the world. Everything changed once Hecless discovered their fates were intertwined and they were all siblings. They began receiving messages from an anonymous source leading them to the identity of their parents. However, when they discover that their parents may be dead and left them a mansion in Rimmington, Hecless was the first one to find it, and claimed it for himself. His siblings, envious of his prize, burned the mansion down and left Hecless to die inside. Luckily, Hecless escaped the flames, but needed time to recover his injuries. He's now looking for a place to start over.

OOC Notes: I was around in the W42 community years ago, but not for long. Thought this would be a good place to start over at.
