@Jakejag33 and @Liam: Since there is currently a little bit of confusion in terms of leadership both ooc and ic, your responses have been delayed. You should be be accepted, but for many intents and purposes, the civil war is currently at a ceasefire or, in fact, over.

You can likely catch either me or Vyn at any time to gain access to the Discord server. I will be unavailable this evening as I have real-life commitments.



@Pyro: Unfortunately, I cannot count what you did as a "life threatening attack" since
1) It was not immediately life-threatening at the time of cast,
2) You left the scene ooc after casting it and
3) only later came back with the express purpose of explaining it had an effect you failed to mention when you first cast it.

If you leave the scene ooc, I count this as a forfeiting of further action taken unless you announce such intent beforehand. Good day. My existence is debatable, but likely.

1) You were trapped inside a burning building, that is traditionally considered life threatening.
2) Incorrect I acted out the act of my character withdrawing to a slightly safer distance once he had put his target in a difficult position, I returned immediately to continue relaying my characters actions under the understanding that ic'ly he was positioned further away. The idea of autowalking does not apply in this case as you were trapped within the building unable to prevent pyro from going where he pleased.
3) Given the clear explanation of what Pyro intended to do it makes no sense that it would be included in the initial declaration of attack. Feeding power into the fire to make it larger and harder to extinguish is of course something that would only be a reaction to attempts to extinguish the fire and should therefore be posted after your initial action stating how your character hoped to avoid burning to death. "The greatest endeavors are achieved because of their selfless intent"

Hello chaps, sorry about the late response.

The Civil war may or may not still be on according to the next few events. An in character war meeting is to be held sometime tomorrow on Sunday, or next week according to peoples Irl Schedules.

@Jakejag33 and @Liam since the factions are still in place for the moment, we are accepting applicants to all factions

Several dozen Saradominist clerics and priests, along with a number of Kandar Inquisitors made their way onto Duskfort. A perimeter was established, denying all access of the corrupted Aren keep without access granted by the High King. As the Inquisitors watched and kept a keen eye for aggressive activity, the priests worked to cleanse and purify the entirety of what remained of Duskfort.

The following days saw a number of mages and construction workers travelling to the ruins. Something was being planned, and curious folk may take the risk of travelling the Arandar to see exactly what the commotion was.
