It should be noted that the endless and powerful will of Lord Pyro does not apply to this roleplay, nor any roleplay that takes place in Kandarin; nor does he have the authority to autokill the character of another person. As long as this is not stated as being a private RP and particularly when its members choose to engage in RP with someone who has not applied then that person is permitted to take any action he is able to do so.

As per standing RP rules established for years, anyone who refuses to respond to a life threatening attack will be automatically considered dead unless

A) A compromise is reached with the attacker

OR

B) The attacker is shown to have cheated in some way

Given that a discussion into point B would only serve to reveal actions taken by the other side that would embarrass them I recommend a suitable arrangement be reached as soon as possible, my expectations will not be particularly unreasonable. I said shown as in proven. I realise you believe everything you say to be become absolute truth the minute you say it but it's not the case.

That being said your welcome to try and bring me to trial (so to speak) over such charges and I once again assure you I am ready to face any accusation you care to make.
