Weapons/Specialized Tools: Jubileus uses two weapons, a razor-sharp longsword, and a spear once held by a legendary fighter.

Short History: After the disbandment of Delta, Maximus pondered what to do with himself, he decided to watch the world from the shadows, observing the rebuilding, now he has realised it is time to return to aid the world in it's struggles once more.
