This is a Boss Character, equivocally powerlocked, but meant to be killed in a plot driven battle.

Name: Omnia (Actual name is Thaeril)

Race: Human, infused with demons blood.

Age: 122

Gender: Male

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Occupation: Katalixi

Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Omnia is a master of telepathy, and the mind. He can speak to people via the mind from impossible distances. He's also capable of powerful telekinesis.
He's warfare is usually in the mind, able to incapacitate those unguarded in such manner, by a mass of brain invading means.

The most dangerous of his abilities, is that when he is able to sit still somewhere, and meditate with certain tools, he can use his telekinesis through the unguarded minds of others. Or take over minds from impossible distances.

Weaknesses: He's physically very very frail, and using his abilities can expend immense amounts of energy.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: Tokens from every member of Katalixi, that ease his communicating with all of them at impossible distances. He does not carry the items that empower his ability to the insanely powerful degree listed in powers.

Clothing/Armour: Omnia wears dim colored robes.

Description: He's very thin and frail. With ancient magical runes all across his body.

Hair Color: White

Eye Color: Shining gold.

Height/Weight: 5'6. 110lbs.

Scars/Exotic Body Features: Runic tattoos cover his body, and his body is too sickly to really seem able to operate.

Name: Kierai

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Occupation: Katalixi

Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Kierai is a master of open-palmed martial combat, able to deal death blows in singular strikes. His physical strength is not in truth superb, but he draws from a strange otherworldy internal power, that allows his blows to bypass armor and sometimes even magic defenses, and makes his blows impossibly powerful, this is most commonly referred to as chi.
He's extremely lightweight, and can perform impossible acrobatic feats.

Kierai can create a magical sphere around his person, expanding "three squares" out from his person. Within this sphere he gains perfect prediction of motion, and actions, even out of his sight. Also within this sphere, projectiles move slower if not having their speed increased constantly by means of things like telekinesis. This includes magical projectiles, arcane bolts, fire, ice, and so on. Even lightning moves slow in this sphere, meaning Kierai is an expert at dodging within. Non-magical melee weapons cannot harm Kierai within this sphere. And if ones telekinesis is not powerful, it will not affect Kierai in the sphere, or objects sent into the sphere.

Weaknesses: Kierai cannot produce the sphere, and be mobile, it is a defensive technique. Meaning, outside of it, he's moderately susceptible to most forms of attack.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: He does not carry weapons.

Clothing/Armour: He wears a loose grey coat, and a loose white shirt beneath.

Description: Pale skin, and a rather thin body. His eyes are narrow, and his expression is always very apathetic. His hair is overly long.

Hair Color: White

Eye Color: White

Height/Weight: 5'10. 135lbs.

Scars/Exotic Body Features: Kierai's eyes glow dimly, and when he activates the sphere, they glow much more brightly.

Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Theris is impossible to physically kill. His body can re-attach any severed limbs, and will regrow them if they are completely destroyed.
Theris fights using summons, and spells that are very, very powerful, and blood magic based, but typically take a long time to cast. These spells have a very wide range of options and effects.

Weaknesses: Theris is an overconfident airhead, and the fact that his limbs can be kept away from him as long as not destroyed, is an easy way to incapacitate him. His slow casting is also dangerous for him.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: Theris carries a very demonic looking dagger, and little else.

Clothing/Armour: He's always clad in flowy dark robes, and oft a hood.

Description: Theris isn't super well built, or fit looking. Long hair that falls in a cliche' anime manner, and overly extravagant expressions.

Hair Color: Red.

Eye Color: Red.

Height/Weight: 5'8. 162lbs.

Race: Human infused with demons blood.

Gender: Female

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Occupation: Katalixi

Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Masterful rapid short range teleportation.
An extremely well trained aura magic. Used for healing and shielding primarily.
She also has powerful kinetic energy control.
And lastly, she can absorb others energies, without physical contact, only needing to be within certain range of them.
Weaknesses: Erinaea is not very strong physically, and is very self-sacrificing.

Weapons/Specialized Tools:

Clothing/Armour: Robes, long jackets, these are her common attire, all in dark shades.

Description: Erinaea is rather frail looking, pale skinned, but with a strange kindness to her eyes usually. Outside of when she's fighting, or defending her allies.

Hair Color: It changes frequently, strange colors.

Eye Color: Dim blue.

Height/Weight: 5'4. 110lbs.

Scars/Exotic Body Features: This also changes.

Description: In human form he is a strong looking man, well toned muscle, but looking overall like nothing special.

Hair Color: Black.

Eye Color: Vermilion.

Height/Weight: 6'0. 190lbs.

Scars/Exotic Body Features: Three angular scars running from the right of his forhead, to the left of his chin.

Other: His true form is that of a rather dark green scaled Dragon.

Name: Cassandra Scarlet Soul Melbourne (Many call her Soul)

Race: Human

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Alignment: Neutral

Occupation: None.

Power(s): Excellent in archery and agility techniques. Not particually bad with a sword either. She can also heal herself with the usage of herbs and traditional healing methods.

Weaknesses: Her amulet helps control her "soul" state. If taken off, she will flicker and be forced to retain to her spirit form, slowly pushing her to possible death or be taken by a spirit realm.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: Her bow is handcrafted and has a very regal look than other archery weapons. The sword she wields is none other than the Melbourne Family sword, passed down by many generations, a very advanced sword compared to some.

Clothing/Armour: Mostly a plain black-abyss sweater w/ a trimmed cut, and black flares.

Description: Fairly average, shaped.

Hair Color: Scarlet red.

Eye Color: Hazel green.

Height/Weight: N/A

Scars/Exotic Body Features: A ghost-shaped beauty mark lays upon her left cheek.

Short History: Cassandra "Soul" Melbourne was from Rimmington. Parents were Alexander & Alexandra Melbourne, who were fairly rich, but gave up life of fortune to raise their daughter to have normal life with no pressure of fame. Her father died when she was only 6, and crafted her a special amulet to contain her spirit after Soul was believed to have a rare disease that could release her into the spirit realm. Life became rough, and at 18, Soul's mother gave her the family sword. A year later, Soul brought a house in Varrock, but burnt it down to fake her death and start anew. She forced herself to forget her past, causing amnesia after hurting her head mentally. Some say she only remembers her name, abillities, and the sad death of her father in her eyes.

Well, this is it, I finally decided to post it XD. I hope none of dese ideas have been taken yet (I havn't been checking). lemme know if there's anything you think should be changed or somthing! I'm going to look over it later and make sure it's all organized right and proofread properly.

Race Bio:

Name of your Race: Draqiel (Drah-keel))

Description of Race’s Appearance:

Body- The Draqiel are tall, the average ones being around 8 feet in stature. Their height being primarily due to their long legs, large feet (with extended toes that they stand on, the classic reptilian three jointed legs look), and long stretched torso. Their arms are also considered to be elongated, even in comparison to the rest of their body. Horns aren’t generally common anywhere on their bodies but at the end of their and toes are large claws good for…well clawing.

Skin- Their skin is actually scales. White scales that range in size from the tiniest specs on the more delicate parts of the body like the underarms and face, to the heavy scales that coat their shoulders, backs, and chest. Often times one may paint his scales different colors, It's a fashion thing but it often makes a Draqiel resemble a walking canvas painted with every dye available.

Head Shape- They have large sloped foreheads, a wide jaw, and bold cheekbones. While the men have long, broad faces, the female's faces are much narrower, and more petite…as petite as a woman with scales can be.

Facial features- The eyes of a Draqiel are large, like that of a lizard's (doi). Their pupils are shaped like slits. Lips are inexistent, and their noses are very wide, and almost flat.

Hair- Hair can also range from any color or length, generally though typical colors such as black or brown are rare, Draqiel would be more likely to have bright red or white. Any eyebrow is a thin one, facial and body hairs are also rare sights on a Draqiel. Of Marrow, Of Near, Of Draculea,
