Name of your Race: The Time Lords/Ladies

Description of Race’s Appearance: They look exactly like humans, or rather, humans look like them.

Common powers/attributes: Their less notable abilities are there abilities to alter the memories of another through physical contact and concentration, they also can read the mind of others by focusing on them. Their main powers they are known for however, is the ability to regenerate completely while on the brink of death. This completely changes their personality and appearance, making them a completely new person. They can be killed while the regeneration cycle is in effect. 15 hours into the cycle they have the ability to regenerate from any wound as well. A Time Lord can also be killed too quickly to regenerate, such as being thrown into the sun or something.

Where does your race come from?: They come from the planet Gallifrey which exists in a seperate universe from Gielinor.

Reaction to Kin: It depends, most of the survivors are excited to find another of their race, but some blame others for the deaths.

Reaction to Other Races: Depends, but generally kind.

Short History: Long ago and far into the future, there was a Great Time War between the Time Lords and a race known as the Daleks. The Time Lords and Daleks wiped each other out and the war was time locked so no one could enter the timestream of it. Very few Time Lords got out, one known as The Spider managed to cut a hole in time and space due to the effects of the war, and disappear into it. But The Spider was followed by his brother The Tracker, who killed him and left his body in the Void between worlds to constantly regenerate. The Tracker, however, was shunted into Gielinor. The hole in time and space remained open and several other Time Lords escaped into it, but the President, Rassilon, managed to close the hole before any others could run. The Tracker, stuck in Gielinor, took it upon himself to hunt down any Time Lord "traitors" that ran to Gielinor.

Weaknesses: He can still be killed too quickly to regenerate or while regenerating.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: He carries The Spider's knife which can force a Time Lord to regenerate when stabbed anywhere with it, but it cannot kill them. He also has a brutal serrated sword and a bow.

Clothing/Armour: He wears old tattered clothing.
Description:

Hair Color: Brown.

Eye Color: Green.

Height/Weight: 6"1"/NA

Scars/Exotic Body Features: None.

Short History: The Spider, Tracker's brother, created a hole in time in space to escape the Great Time War. This was a direct violation of Time Lord society, so the Tracker, feeling himself a vigilante and seeker of justice, chased after his brother through the wormhole. The Tracker managed to break into his brother's TARDIS in the Void, and the two battled. The Tracker managed to stab the Spider in the neck with a knife, which ultimately made him go into his regeneration cycle. The Tracker destroyed the controls of the TARDIS, causing it to start crashing. However, due to being the Void, the TARDIS couldn't crash into anything. The Tracker then activated a temporal loop as he left the ship, causing the Spider to be stuck infinitely regenerating inside his infinitely crashing TARDIS. The Tracker, however, was forced the rest of the way through the wormhole and into Gielinor. He landed during the Fourth Age, and managed to contact Gallifrey briefly through sacrificing a regeneration to get enough power. The machine he used broke up soon after use, however, as it was not meant to be built ever. The Tracker then was greeted by three renegade Time Lords, who told him that Gallifrey was lost. He killed all three Time Lords and vowed that any others he found were traitors and deserved to die.

Clothing/Armour: He wears a neat blue coat.

Description:

Hair Color: Light brown.

Eye Color: Brown.

Height/Weight: 6'0"/NA

Scars/Exotic Body Features: None.

Short History: His escape to Gielinor was accidental. He was one of a group planning to run from Gallifrey to survive the war that got sucked in with no warning. Some Time Lords didn't end up on Gielinor and were shunted aside, this is true of his group of friends. Alone and stranded on an alien world during the Second God War, Rebel was scared, but he managed to adapt quickly to the land's customs and so he decided to blend in and observe. He met the Tracker once, who picked him out as a fellow Time Lord and attacked him. The Rebel tried to talk his way out of a fight, but was instead forced to regenerate by Spider's knife and ran from the Tracker.
