Alright so, keep in mind that I have not done the last two morty quests, but could someone please explain to me how "Unholy beasts" have gotten over the salve and are /not/ weakend?

In the final one there was some sort of treaty between the vyres and the humans that allows the barrier to be crossed. The vampyre society is less oppressive and more peaceful now. :P
