In response to the last post regarding my application.

My character hasn't joined sooner because he has spent his whole life in the Kharidian Desert. He was brought to his grandmother's at a very young age, parents presumed dead. His grandmother felt content to have him live his life out there away from all the dangers of the world. It wasn't until recently that she was "willing to let go" and gave him her blessing to venture out.

Unfortunately he has lost a significant chunk of his life. The consequences of that manifesting in things like applying to join the White Knights. I'm sure there will be other things that hinder him because of how late he is getting into the world. I wanted that to be kind of like the a crutch for the character. Something he would strive to over come.

I'd really like to keep his age 21, so I'm assuming that probably means I won't be able to have him join, but I really enjoyed reading this thread and I hope my character gets to interact with you guys in a collaborative way.
