Blazing Phantoms
The Blazing Phantoms (Otherwise just dubbed as "The Phantoms"
are a select group of people who are highly proficient in pyromacy, as well as the art of Flamtaer's Fist (described below). They exist to directly serve the ruling monarch during their reign as extensions to undertake secret or sensitive orders that either require discretion or don't require large force (like the Z.I.I or other organisations) to act upon, but are important nontheless. some missions would include: treachery to the throne, assassination, punishment of civilian and military criminals (if serious enough) and espionage.
They can also be found in times of conflict, acting as recon or helping to bolster forces where applicable.
Suitable punishments to overstate the fact that the targeted person is a criminal of the Union and generally the Kingdom of Frothinary is a mark that is applied onto the body somewhere, usually a wrist, neck, palm or somewhere visible on the body. suitably known as "The Traitor's Mark". this mark is applied to a body whether the it is deceased or not, to either symbolically remind people the afflicted person is untrustworthy in life or death.
Flamtaer's Fist
A Hand-to-hand technique involving the use of manipulating fire magic whilst only using specialized gauntlets that allow for effective casting of fire magic as well as fighting style reminiscent of ju-jitsu or other oriental fighting styles. Whilst the martial style is used at short range, all members of the Blazing Phantoms are required to practice and aptly
fight using this martial art, although will not exclusively fight with this method.
