Shortly after King Xerxes' granting of the Viscounty of Baxtorian Falls to Tailynn (As well as a meeting between Nolfinwë and the King held in secrecy), mass elven immigration started up once again; just as it had in both Hailawën and Coed Uchel, to a lesser extent. This time, the prospect of living and guarding one of the most holy sites of the Serenists seemed rather appealing; thus, the great migration there was far more successful than had been seen in Coed Uchel. Due to the vast population of humans living in the viscounty, however, there is no sign of elves maintaining the majority of the population as they did in Hailawën.

Currently, the elven migrants arriving are showing up to Tailynn Telemmaitë's place of temporary residence; seeking orders and placement in their new land.
