Section XI: Initiation Procedure

A. The Initiation Procedure shall be conducted by the Initiate’* Examiner upon completion of an Evaluation.
B. During the Initiation Procedure, an Initiate is to be transported to a specially designated, secret location to perform the Initiation rite.
C. The Initiate shall participate in a customary, symbolic Initiation Ritual.
D. After completion of the Initiation Procedure, the Examiner will assign the Initiate to a Cell within their geographic area that is deemed suitable for them.
E. In some cases, if the Initiate is willing or eager to, they may be assigned to a Cell outside of their geographic area.
