If you're seeking an alliance then you're going to want to go through the Office of the Outreach Coordinator. See the Table of Contents, which will redirect you to that part of the thread. Instructions on how to apply can be found there. The Outreach Coordinator and the rest of the Core will then review your request and determine a course of action that they deem to be reasonable. You should be aware that it is impossible to settle in the wilderness without being aware of the Union's existence with a reasonable idea of their goals and strength in the region.

As clearly stated within this thread, this group operates as an underground, so, on the surface, it doesn't matter who claims ownership of the area.

Just my two cents, anyway, I love how this group is shaping up! I'll probably throw up an app once I decide which character to use. (If you'll have me after this, that is.)

Hey just trying to provide a way round the IC issue so we can enjoy RPing together.

You don't have to accept it but it makes sense and means we can kick start some interaction between our groups. (Because let's face it not interacting with people until you've interacted with them is a vicious cycle) "The greatest endeavors are achieved because of their selfless intent"
